FM STRATEGY

  • A well designed FM strategy will be aligned and part of the general strategy of the organisation. It will define the scope, tasks, duties, frequencies, roles and responsibilities and the order of its implementation.

  • Our experience working with different sectors have given us the ability to understand the needs of organisations and how they are related to external parties, making them dependant from each other. An FM strategy must be realistic and based on feasible and accessible resources, it must be agreed and committed by all parts affected by it, e.g.: contractors, engineers, technicians, accountants, managers, etc.

  • The outcome of a well set FM strategy will result in financial savings, efficient roles and descriptions, clear understanding of what is measured and how, motivation of staff, as it will  deliver a crystal clear visibility of the performance of assets, buildings, services and roles, according to agreed criteria.

It will include a building safety strategy and your organisation will be safe and compliant with the latest and current changes of regulation. Eg: Building safety Regulation 2020
