Selection, implementation,
maintenance, monitoring and reporting.

  • CAFM are tools that enable the management of large number of buildings, assets, tasks, frequencies, plan preventative and reactive maintenance, contractors, purchase orders, work orders and all documents associated. A CAFM system needs to be populated with a large and diverse nature of information, before it can deliver any result.

  • The different layers of information due, have different responsible and a unique owner: the client. It is critical to understand every layer of information, and their  corresponding details, as well as who is responsible to provide the data and its format. Failure to understand this, often results in companies with a CAFM that is either not fully operative or not delivering as expected.

  • It is important to use accepted standards where possible, to facilitate the relationship with all users and parts of the CAFM.
